"I worked with Dacota at Ryan Dunn at State Farm to set up homeowners insurance for our new home in Little Elm, and the experience was genuinely excellent. What stood out was Dacota’s patience and willingness to walk through every detail of the policy — not just sell me a quote.

I came in with a lot of questions about replacement cost vs. market value, dwelling coverage limits, the Option ID endorsement, liability and medical payments coverage, and even nuances like roof settlement, cosmetic damage exclusions, and the roof payment schedule. Dacota answered every question clearly.

He also revised quotes multiple times as I refined what I needed — adjusting personal property coverage, comparing replacement cost vs. ACV settlement options, and helping me understand the trade-offs of each. There was zero pressure to upsell, and his recommendations always came with the reasoning behind them so I could make an informed decision.
